We are just one week away and can't wait to see how this night unfolds. It's hard to believe it has taken a full year to get to this point. A huge thank you to you parents that helped fund and volunteer at various events and fundraisers throughout the year. With this collaborative effort PC will be the amazing night our seniors deserve.

A few reminders and updates:

Alley Cats has informed us that they will be opening up their batting cages for a fee of $1.00 per 24 balls. (have your senior bring dollar bills if they want to do this) Also, they will have their snack bar open which will sell energy drinks, Gatorade, etc ... PC is offering free food and drinks all night for the kids so it's up to our seniors whether or not they want to purchase from the snack bar.

 Alley Cats is located at:
2008 W. Pleasant Ridge Rd, Arlington, TX 76015

 www.alleycatsbowl.com

PC TICKETS
will be sold at the door
but only pre-sold ticket holders
are eligible for the big drawings.

All seniors will be given a backpack to help them keep up with their items and will include assorted items donated by various businesses in our community.
Our goal is for each senior to leave with a gift card.

CHARTERED BUS TICKETS
a few remain, so if your senior wishes to purchase one, have them contact Tammy Layman asap at tammy.layman@gmail.com or call her at 817-343-0307.

"Gotta Go Express Trailways" Bus Itinerary:

*** Two volunteer parents are needed to ride the bus from BHS to Prom and from Alley Cats back to BHS. If you can help, please contact Tammy Layman ***

If a senior has a guest that is not a BHS senior,
that guest must leave also.

PC Theme: "Let the spirit begin, we ARE the class of 2010" - Encourage your senior to wear jerseys, t-shirts, etc ... to represent their prospective college, favorite football, baseball, hockey team, golf, etc ... Which ever sport or interest they support.

Clean Up: When PC is over we will all be anxious to leave, so any help with clean up will be greatly appreciated and help us all get out in a timely manner.

Looking forward to an amazing night!
